Do I have to set up an account to place an order on your website?
No, you don't have to. However, setting up an account makes ordering again in the future even easier.

Can I book a table for longer than a 90 minute duration?
We have imposed 90 minute bookings as part of our restricted operation during COVID. As soon as we can offer longer bookings, we will let you know both here and on social media.
Can I alter my booking?
If you need to alter your booking, please call our team as soon as possible on 02382 359 139.
Can I bring my children?
Infants, toddlers and children are welcome until 8pm. We just ask you to occupy them at your table. We can help with ‘things to do’, please ask staff for details. When accompanied by an adult, teenagers are welcome later into the evening.
Are you a dog-friendly taproom?
Dogs are welcome in the front bar area at Steam Town. We can also reserve a dog-friendly table for you. We have plenty of water bowls and sometimes have free dog biscuits available. We ask that dogs are kept on a lead and away from walkways (preferably under tables).
